Our EcoSmart mobile welfare units offer a practical and comfortable solution for construction sites and long-term projects requiring fully compliant welfare facilities. Each unit is completely self-contained and includes a canteen area, toilet, washing facilities, and a dedicated drying and changing space to support your workforce throughout the day.
Built using innovative EcoSmart hybrid technology, these welfare units are designed to operate efficiently by minimising generator run time, reducing fuel consumption, emissions, and ongoing running costs. The economical generator and low-maintenance components ensure reliable performance in demanding site conditions.
The lightweight yet robust construction allows the units to be easily positioned and relocated around your site, while hydraulic axles enable a quick and straightforward setup in as little as 30 seconds. Inside, the bright, modern interior features high-gloss finishes and excellent natural light, creating a comfortable environment for breaks and downtime.
Facilities include a clean, ready-to-use toilet, a canteen area equipped with a microwave and kettle for quick refreshments, and a drying and changing area to keep clothing and equipment safe and dry. The majority of orders are delivered the next day (subject to availability), but notice is always appreciated, especially at peak times.
To deliver and collect the Welfare Unit, we need clear access to the site where it will be placed. We need to be able to park within 15 metres of the units final position to service it effectively.
Please ensure the toilet is positioned on level ground with clear access at all times. Avoid placing near windows that may need to be opened during the hire period and keep away from one-way streets or areas with parked cars.
Our trained staff handle the delivery of each Welfare Unit, and we kindly ask that someone be present upon arrival. This allows our team to provide a thorough briefing on how the unit operates, ensuring a smooth and informed handover.
Units feature a canteen area with kettle and microwave, recirculating toilet with forearm wash basin, warm water washing facilities, spacious drying room with hanging space, under-seat storage, and power sockets including USB ports.
Units measure 3615mm length x 2420mm width x 2700mm height, with gross weight of 1800kg and unladen weight of 1650kg, plus 250kg payload capacity for tools and equipment.
Each door features dual heavy-duty locking systems, with robust galvanized exterior designed for high-impact resistance and harsh site conditions to keep contents secure.
Battery power lasts up to 4 hours, while LED lighting operates for up to 6 hours without the generator running, ensuring reliable operation throughout the working day.
Units are self-contained with their own power systems, though mains connections can enhance operation. No water or drainage connections are required for basic operation.
